The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a short walk to the Rainey Street bars. The room had a lovely view of Town Lake and was very clean. The staff was friendly and made the check-in process seamless, which I really appreciated while traveling alone.

The staff was friendly at first, which is so rare these days, but that didn't make up for the hassle we faced with missing receipts. The room was more or less clean. Until we found those pills under the couch, not a good surprise if you have kids.

The room had a great view of Lady Bird Lake and was equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The private bathroom was clean with a shower and hairdryer. The fitness center was well-maintained. Enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool. Location was perfect for walking into the city or along the lake.

Elevators in this place give off a constant hum, which can be bothersome even on higher floors. I noticed that the bathroom layout was quite tight, making it challenging to maneuver. Additionally, it seems the hotel hasn’t kept up with maintenance. the carpeted baseboards are filthy and in disrepair, while the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.

Had a nice little stay while catching up with my kid at school. Really close to the bars on Rainey St, which made it super easy to walk around. Staff were super friendly, and I loved the bar! Only bummer was tight spots in the parking lot—def not the place for a big truck. Overall, solid vibe.
